Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Therapeutic Edge digital recovery guides, online courses, downloads, dashboards, check-ins, and related educational tools.

Important: Therapeutic Edge products are digital education products with immediate access. Refunds are limited once access has been provided, but refund requests may be reviewed within 14 days in the limited situations described below.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Therapeutic Edge unless a different refund policy is clearly stated for a specific product at the time of purchase.

2. Digital Products and Immediate Access

After purchase, users may receive access to protected digital course materials, including videos, written lessons, exercise guidance, downloadable resources, dashboards, check-ins, readiness tools, and other course features.

Because this content can be accessed, viewed, used, or downloaded shortly after purchase, refunds are limited once course access has been granted. We may still review refund requests in the limited situations described in this policy.

3. One-Time Purchases

Therapeutic Edge courses are currently sold as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page.

A one-time purchase does not create an ongoing subscription, membership, or recurring billing arrangement unless a subscription, payment plan, or recurring billing option is clearly offered and selected at checkout.

If Therapeutic Edge offers subscriptions, payment plans, memberships, or recurring billing options in the future, those offerings may be subject to additional cancellation, renewal, billing, and refund terms.

4. Limited Refund Review Policy

Because Therapeutic Edge products are digital education products with immediate access, refunds are limited once course access has been provided. However, refund requests may be reviewed within 14 days of purchase in the limited situations described below.

Approved refunds are not automatic and are reviewed case by case. If a refund is approved after access has been granted, Therapeutic Edge may suspend or remove access to the related digital product.

By purchasing a Therapeutic Edge digital product, you understand that you are purchasing access to educational digital content and course tools, not individualized medical care, treatment, physical therapy services, diagnosis, or medical clearance.

5. Possible Refund Exceptions

Therapeutic Edge may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. A refund, credit, or other accommodation may be considered at our discretion in limited situations, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases or duplicate charges.
  • Technical access problems that prevent use of the purchased course and cannot be reasonably resolved.
  • An accidental purchase where course access has not been used or has had little use.
  • A product description issue where the guide was not accurately described at the time of purchase.
  • A payment or order-processing issue that requires correction.
  • Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund, credit, or accommodation will be approved.

6. No Refunds Based on Recovery Outcomes

Therapeutic Edge does not guarantee specific recovery outcomes. Refunds are not provided because a user does not achieve a specific result, does not improve as expected, does not complete the course, disagrees with educational content, chooses not to use the materials, or expected a different recovery timeline.

Recovery varies from person to person and may depend on surgical details, health history, symptoms, consistency, complications, provider instructions, activity level, and many other individual factors.

7. Access or Technical Issues

If you are having trouble accessing a purchased course, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access problems, login issues, payment-confirmation issues, or other technical concerns related to course access.

If a verified technical access issue prevents you from using the course and cannot be reasonably resolved, Therapeutic Edge may consider a refund, credit, or other accommodation.

8. How to Request a Refund Review

Refund review requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may be declined unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may request additional information to verify your purchase, review account access, investigate technical issues, or evaluate the request.

9. Billing Issues and Chargebacks
