5. Current or Former Patients

If you are currently receiving care from a Therapeutic Edge employee, contractor, representative, or affiliated provider in a separate clinical setting, your clinical care is governed by that separate provider-patient relationship and not by your use of this website or course.

Your use of Therapeutic Edge does not change, replace, expand, or modify any care plan, medical advice, clinical documentation, or treatment relationship established in a separate healthcare setting unless specifically documented by your treating provider.

6. Emergency and Urgent Medical Issues

Therapeutic Edge is not intended for emergency or urgent medical situations. Do not use the website, course materials, forms, readiness checks, email, comments, or support features for urgent or time-sensitive medical concerns.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency or serious complication, contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.

Examples of concerns that may require prompt medical attention include, but are not limited to, chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, signs of infection, significant calf pain or swelling, sudden worsening pain, new weakness, new numbness, a fall or trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, or any symptom that feels severe, unusual, or unsafe.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any videos, written materials, exercise descriptions, images, downloads, designs, checklists, templates, course structure, branding, or other intellectual property.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the applicable product page, purchase includes 12 months of course access from the date of purchase.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, screen capture, distribute, upload, publish, sell, sublicense, share, teach from, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Therapeutic Edge materials without our prior written permission.

10. Course Updates, Changes, and Content Modifications

Therapeutic Edge may update, modify, replace, reorganize, remove, or discontinue portions of a course or website feature over time. This may include changes to videos, written lessons, exercise descriptions, progress tools, readiness tools, downloads, dashboards, phase pages, check-ins, support features, or other course materials.

We may make these changes to improve clarity, update educational information, remove outdated content, improve the user experience, fix technical issues, or adjust the structure of a course.

We do not guarantee that any specific feature, video, download, support tool, readiness tool, layout, or course component will remain available permanently.

11. Payments

Prices for courses and digital products are listed on the applicable product page or checkout page. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

We may use third-party payment processors to process payments. Therapeutic Edge does not directly store full payment card information. Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable third-party payment processor.

We reserve the right to change pricing, promotions, course offerings, or access terms at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to purchases that have already been completed unless otherwise stated.

12. Refund Policy

Because Therapeutic Edge courses are digital education products that may provide immediate access to videos, written materials, downloads, course tools, and other protected content, all sales are final once course access has been granted, unless otherwise required by law.

We may choose to provide a refund, credit, or other accommodation at our discretion in limited circumstances, but we are not obligated to do so unless required by applicable law or unless a separate refund policy is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Refund requests, if any, should be sent to rehabteam@mytherapeuticedge.com with your name, purchase email, order number if available, and a brief explanation of your request.

13. No Guarantees of Results

Therapeutic Edge is designed to provide clear education, practical guidance, and structured recovery information. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from using the website, courses, exercises, readiness tools, progress check-ins, or educational materials.

Recovery varies from person to person. Outcomes may depend on many factors, including surgical details, tissue healing, health history, age, strength, mobility, pain, swelling, consistency, complications, medications, activity level, and guidance from your healthcare team.

We do not guarantee pain relief, improved range of motion, improved strength, faster recovery, return to work, return to sport, readiness to progress, avoidance of complications, avoidance of additional medical care, or any other specific result.

14. Exercise Participation and User Responsibility

Exercise and physical activity involve inherent risks. You are responsible for deciding whether to participate in any exercise, activity, progression, or recommendation presented on the website or in a course.

You agree to use good judgment, follow any instructions or precautions provided by your healthcare team, and stop or modify any activity that feels unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with your medical guidance.

You are responsible for using a safe environment, appropriate equipment, and appropriate assistance when needed. Therapeutic Edge is not responsible for injury, complications, or adverse outcomes that may occur from using or misusing educational content.

15. Self-Guided Readiness Checks and Phase Progression Guidance

Therapeutic Edge may provide self-guided readiness checks, progress check-ins, phase progression guidance, or automated educational recommendations based on information you choose to submit.

These tools may suggest whether you may be ready to review the next phase or exercise block, continue building consistency in the current phase or block, modify your approach, or contact your healthcare team.

These tools and recommendations are for general educational, organizational, and course-navigation purposes only. They are not reviewed by a clinician, are not medical clearance, and are not a diagnosis, individualized treatment plan, surgical recommendation, emergency recommendation, or substitute for evaluation by your surgeon, physician, physical therapist, or healthcare team.

Progression through any rehab phase, exercise block, or activity recommendation should be based on your individual recovery, symptoms, safety, your healthcare provider’s instructions, and any restrictions or precautions given to you by your surgeon or medical team.

Information you submit through readiness checks, progress check-ins, or forms may be collected, stored, and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Support, Forms, and Q&A Features

Therapeutic Edge may offer support features, forms, progress check-ins, readiness checks, email communication, or question-and-answer tools. These features are intended for general educational support only.

Any responses provided through support tools, email, forms, Q&A features, or automated readiness tools are not intended to diagnose, treat, prescribe, clear you for activity, or replace care from your healthcare team. We may decline to answer questions that appear to require individualized medical evaluation, urgent care, or in-person assessment.

Ask-the-Expert style forms, when available, are intended for general education and potential future content or video topic ideas. They are not a direct line of personal medical communication and do not guarantee a personal response.

Support features are not appropriate for urgent symptoms, diagnosis, surgical complication screening, wound or incision assessment, medication questions, imaging interpretation, individualized exercise prescription, or determining whether you should stop or change care recommended by your healthcare team.

We do not guarantee immediate responses. If a response timeframe is listed on a specific course or support page, we will make reasonable efforts to respond within that timeframe, but delays may occur.
