A one-time purchase does not create an ongoing subscription, membership, or recurring billing arrangement unless a subscription, payment plan, or recurring billing option is clearly offered and selected at checkout.
If Therapeutic Edge offers subscriptions, payment plans, memberships, or recurring billing options in the future, those offerings may be subject to additional cancellation, renewal, billing, and refund terms.

Therapeutic Edge does not guarantee specific recovery outcomes. Refunds are not provided because a user does not achieve a specific result, does not improve as expected, does not complete the course, disagrees with educational content, chooses not to use the materials, or expected a different recovery timeline.
Recovery varies from person to person and may depend on surgical details, health history, symptoms, consistency, complications, provider instructions, activity level, and many other individual factors.
7. Access or Technical Issues
If you are having trouble accessing a purchased course, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access problems, login issues, payment-confirmation issues, or other technical concerns related to course access.
If a verified technical access issue prevents you from using the course and cannot be reasonably resolved, Therapeutic Edge may consider a refund, credit, or other accommodation.
